This is, by far, my favorite cinnamon raisin bread recipe. And I’ve tried many a cinnamon raisin bread recipe in my day. It’s perfectly soft and dripping with ooey, gooey cinnamon sugar filling. So, I mean, obviously this bread wasn't all that I hoped for because my bread came out a little burnt(probably my fault). This bread had a nice enough texture on the inside although the filling could be less liquidy, for lack of a better word.
The bread itself has a lack of flavor, maybe powdered milk would do the trick? Making the bread was a nightmare for me, rolling the bread was challenging to say the least. Let's not forget the baking of this bread, for me, was a problem within it's self. The tops of the loaves browned before the halfway mark and tenting the loaves with aluminum, as the recipe suggested, didn't help very much.

I was dissapointed with this recipe to say the least. But I will say this, the bread was edible and my pops enjoyed it. And who knows, maybe this recipe failed because of my lack of experience with bread. For now though, I will be looking for a new cinnamon bread recipe.
